🇨🇦 IT’S TIME TO STEP ON STAGE! 🇨🇦

There’s a moment every bartender remembers…

That moment when you step away from the bar and take your first step onto the competition stage.

Maybe you’ve watched flair competitions from behind the bar. Maybe you’ve practiced your tricks when nobody was watching. Maybe you’ve thought, “One day, I’m going to compete.”

Why not make that day September 12–14?

The ASCEND: Open Flair Championship is coming to the NEXT Food & Beverage Expo in Calgary, Alberta, and we want to see bartenders from every background, every experience level come out and compete! 🏆

You don’t have to be a world champion.
You don’t need years of competition experience.
You just need the courage to take that first step.

Because becoming a competitor can give you so much more than a trophy:

And Canadian bartenders — THIS ONE IS FOR YOU. 🇨🇦

Your bar skills deserve a stage. Your creativity deserves to be seen. Your story deserves a place in the competition.

Don’t wait until you think you’re “ready.”

Take the first step.

Step away from the bar.
Step onto the stage.
Represent yourself. Represent your city.
