Merita.

Dal 4 novembre sarà ufficialmente disponibile.

𝐉𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐨 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐚 - 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐋𝐈𝐅𝟎𝟎𝟑) - 𝟏𝟐" 𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐲𝐥, 𝟏𝟖𝟎 𝐠𝐫, 𝐚𝐥𝐛𝐮𝐦, 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

"Early Morning" is the result of an intimate, personal experience within Mexican territories. It unfolds as an open-ended narrative, suspended in vast and indefinite environments where sound merges with the landscape.
Trumpet and electric keyboard act as the central forces within the composition, guiding its emotional core. Around them, additional elements are woven in through subtle interventions–reinforcing, dissolving, and reshaping the piece. The result is a form rich in suspense, positioned between electroacoustics and contemporary experimental music, maintaining a strong focus on timbre, spatial perception, and the relationship between acoustic sources and real-time.
All tracks composed and recorded by Jacopo Buda in 2023.

@jacopobuda is a trumpeter, composer, and sound artist born in Rimini, Italy.
His research explores the endless possibilities of merging trumpet and electronics within live improvisation. Sitting at the intersection of noir-tinged glitch jazz, kosmische musik, and fourth-world psychedelia, his soundscapes, sonic textures, melodies, and physical gestures bring performance to life. In this space, the acoustic world constantly evolves in cyclical patterns, drawing listeners into a compelling new narrative.
