The goal of coaching isn’t to make someone rely on you forever. It’s to build their confidence, ability and independence. @pigotharbison message was proof that she was consistent, getting stronger and ready for her next challenge. Looking for home personal training in Wicklow or online coaching for home or gym workouts? Message me “COACH” and I’ll personally reply.

My last client had a complaint about me. 😅 She said I'm a pain in the ass. Push harder. One more rep. Don't give up. Yeah. Guilty. 😂 But here's the thing — That same client is stronger, moving better, and hasn't felt this good in years. Kathryn didn't come to me for easy. She came for results. And Fabienne? Same story. That's what real coaching looks like. Not comfortable. Not soft. Just honest, consistent work that actually moves the needle. If you're in Wicklow area and you're ready for a trainer who'll push you the right way — comment 'HOME' below and I'll reach out. 🏡💪

Kathryn grabbed a bar on the staircase — and stopped herself from falling. I can't say that three months of training saved her in that moment. But her grip is stronger. Her arms are stronger. Her whole body is stronger. And sometimes — that's the difference. That's not a gym result. That's a life result. When Kathryn first came to me her posture was suffering and she didn't have the strength to play golf the way she wanted to. She was recommended by one of my clients Sabine — showed up consistently, even trained through her holidays online to keep the momentum going. Three months later: ✅ Posture straightened up ✅ Balance solid ✅ Hitting the golf ball farther than ever ✅ Confident and aware of her own body again A lot of women over 50 think this is just part of getting older. It's not. It's just not having the right training in place. Twice a week. No extremes. Just the right work. If your strength, balance, or confidence is slipping — DM me the word 'BALANCE' and let me see if I can help.
