pigzza — an italian-ish joint is the perfect spot for girls night!! the interior is so cutely decorated + all the staff was super friendly (shout-out to our server, josh!).

we decided to share a “pizza-tizer” and was so pleasantly surprised at how good this pizza was!! the casper has mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, evoo, black pepper, fresh basil, + oregano, and we decided to add some prosciutto as well. the crust was SO good, and we loved how garlicky this pizza was. i will say the ingredients could have been a bit more evenly spread — some slices didn’t have any ricotta and some didn’t have any prosciutto, but overall a fantastic pie.

the blue cheese brisket garganelli was decent. i enjoyed the blue cheese bites when i got them and the sauce was good. however, i could have used more sauce as some bites were a bit dry, and i thought the brisket was a bit too stringey for this dish and make the texture a bit off.

the spicy rigatoni was just that — spicy (at least to this white girl). but overall, decently sauced + good pasta. however, we all agreed — we’d go back for the pies and skip the pasta.

🔥 hot tip — go on tuesday-friday between 4-7 for their happy hour (1/2 off all drinks!!!)
