**DETAILS MATTER.**

Starting with footwork.

Your feet give your brain some of the first information it needs to organize and initiate movement. How you connect to the footbar matters.

If you haven’t tried Monique’s Open Level class, it’s a great place to learn Pilates for the first time or take the time to deepen your understanding of the basics.

And we ALL need to revisit the basics.

At Breakthrough Pilates, we don’t overlook the little things. Sometimes the smallest correction makes the biggest difference.

Catch us cueing your pinky toe. 👀

Come take a class with Monique and see what a little attention to detail can do.

A little celebration for RPI Level 4 Teacher @maypilates birthday! 💙🎂

While Trish was away, our RPI Level 3 Teacher @gryzwana led today’s apprentice meeting.

Thank you @pilates_with_kathryn for the delicious cake! ❤️ And Maytal’s T-shirt was just perfect 🥹 designed by the talented @blodekuhla (she’s the best! 🧚💙)

Just one of those simple, happy days ❤️

Sunday was quite literally the best day ever!! I had the honor of leading the purpose session at Pilates & Purpose in the park, an incredible event hosted by @grlsjuswanna & @museandmo_ 🫶🏽

I’m grateful for the opportunity I had to discuss the next chapter with a fantastic group of women. I had so many amazing conversations and left with a full heart. So happy for all of the new connections that were made!

Thank you Cherrell & Andrea for this opportunity. I’m inspired by both of you and love what you’re doing to create this amazing community in L.A.

& special shoutout to @piinkpilates_ for an amazing Mat Pilates class!!
