Some properties tell you what belongs. This site along the St. Lucie River already had timeworn oaks, mature fruit trees, and decades of character. We arranged the house as a series of pavilions, each folding into the existing landscape, weaving gardens and water features into the plan so the architecture defers to what the land had already established.

BEHIND THE LIGHT —
Clean lines, warm materials and a subtle nod to mid-century design.
At Ignix Office, lighting plays an important role in bringing the interior together. Geometry pendants add character to the kitchen and meeting rooms, while Minude Jack, Modupoint and SLD50 High provide the right light throughout the workspace.
From the first sketches to the final installation, close collaboration between the architect, our lighting design team and the installer helped bring every detail together.
