Truly honored every time a fellow teacher chooses to take a lesson at Body Contrology Lab. @caraboutwellness and @pilates.by.peanut thank you for your trust—it’s a privilege to be part of your journey and dive deep into the authentic method with you. ✨🤍

The teachers I admire most are the ones who continue to put themselves in the role of the student. They show up with curiosity, humility, and a genuine desire to keep refining their craft. They never stop learning. They respect the method.

The best teachers never stop being students. 🤍

Body Contrology Lab welcomes teachers to learn more about the authentic method on authentic @gratz_pilates apparatus.

Today, May 2nd, is International Pilates Day.

Pilates builds strength, alignment, and body awareness. Float therapy helps you take that connection even deeper.

After a Pilates session, floating gives your muscles and joints a chance to fully decompress while calming the nervous system. The weightless environment can ease tension, support recovery, and enhance the mind-body connection you’ve already created on the mat.

Whether you’re strengthening your core, improving mobility, or finding balance, float therapy is the perfect complement to your Pilates practice. 🧘‍♀️🌊

I’m not sure what heals more… movement or community? What we have here is BOTH. Another beautiful Pilates Bootcamp in the books. Thank you @vault.fitness for hosting us! And to all the amazing teachers that keep showing up 🩷

For some, movement is an obligation. For our clients, it’s the best part of their day.

Pilates isn’t just about physical strength…it’s about the
mind–body connection. Through intentional breath, control, and focused movement, you leave the studio not only stronger, but happier ❤️😁!!!

The Pilates endorphins are unmatched 🔥 🔥✨✨🎉
