We are so excited to be a part of @streetxstreetwagga this November! Join us on Wednesday, 4 November for Stretch & Sip. 🧘 🍸

We’ve partnered with the delightful @pilates.with.el who will be leading the stretch part of the session with a class suited to all ages and ability levels.

Following class we will enjoy a replenishing “health tonic” to rehydrate (maybe particularly helpful for those attending the previous day’s Melbourne Cup Lunch! 😉).

Booking link will be available soon. Stay tuned!

This morning marked the end of our Friday Movement in the Park 🌿

For 11 Fridays we gathered at Collins Park at 6am, starting as 10 and growing into a community of 60+ over the past few weeks.

There is something truly special about showing up as the sun rises, moving together, bringing friends, and starting our Fridays with energy, connection and smiles. Thank you for being part of it.

To our incredible instructors, thank you for guiding, leading and holding space for our community each week.

And to @makerscoffeehouse thank you for welcoming us in for post flow coffees every Friday ☕️

We are so grateful for what has been built here, and this is just the beginning.

We are getting so close to opening the doors to Epizõ and we cannot wait to bring this energy indoors and into our space.

If you want to continue to cement yourself in the community of Epizõ, sign up to be a foundation member while only a limited number remains. Link in bio.

We cannot wait to welcome you in 🤍

Sunrise sessions just seem to make sense 🧘‍♀️

Moving while the sky’s changing, before the world gets loud. It actually feels like my body wakes up properly instead of being dragged into the day. #circadianrhythm

The community feel on the grass, soft cues, everyone just quietly showing up and then of course… coffee after 🤭

That’s what I call a good morning.
