Benefits of reformer Pilates during Ramadan:
✨Reformer activates deep core muscles, helping prevent muscle loss during fasting

✨During Ramadan, your energy levels are lower — Reformer Pilates is low-impact, controlled, and protects your nervous system while keeping your muscles active.

✨Reformer Pilates helps maintain muscle tone without spiking cortisol, which is important while fasting.

✨Fasting increases dehydration risk, so high-intensity workouts may exhaust you. Reformer Pilates focuses on controlled resistance and breathing, making it safer during Ramadan.
