Movement, mindfulness, and so many incredible moments 💫

From a high-energy barre class at Hart House, to rhythmic Pilates with 2010s throwbacks, to grounding candlelit yoga and a peaceful soundbath… this series truly had it all. We flowed, stretched, strengthened, and slowed down together—whether it was being challenged in Pilates, finding stillness in mantra meditation, or connecting through breath and movement 🧘‍♀️✨

A huge thank you to our amazing collaborators, instructors, and everyone who showed up and made these spaces so special 💙

More to come… stay tuned 🌿

“Just exercise, you’ll feel better”

You might have heard this one before. So is it true, and if so, what’s the science behind it? 🤔

SWIPE to understand what exercise really does to our brain and how we can incorporate it into our busy schedules as UofT students 🤸🏻‍♀️🤍🧘🏽‍♀️
