Part 1 — Nearly 12 years ago, Ritual began with a shared dream between two polar opposite sisters and just enough naivety to believe we could actually pull it off!

We definitely had no idea what we were getting ourselves into… (ignorance is bliss) and maybe that was exactly what we needed to begin.

It’s been such an incredible ride so far.

This is the story of how it all started. ✨

📣Unpopular opinion (apparently): Yoga and Pilates were never meant to be about aesthetics.

You don’t need:
The matching sets & matcha.
The perfect handstand.
Etc. Etc

At Ritual, we care about something vastly different.

We teach Pilates beyond the hype and Yoga beyond the trends — grounded, intelligent practice rooted in empathy & quality teaching, not performance.

When you walk through our doors, you can simply be yourself. There’s no pressure to look a certain way or wear the latest activewear. Just come as you are.

Our intention is to help you reconnect with your body, quiet the noise, cultivate presence, and leave feeling a little more at ease within yourself than when you arrived.

Our classes are designed to help you move well, breathe well, and build a practice that supports you for life. The community is simply what happens when people come together for the right reasons.

If you’ve been looking for more than just another workout style class, we’d love to welcome you.

✨ 2 Weeks Unlimited Yoga, Pilates & Reformer — $99.

Come in and experience the feeling of ease at Ritual. ✨
