A little behind the scenes moment from our event yesterday with @pilateshouse.studio 🤭🎥🧘🏻‍♀️🪩 A day for moms to take a couple of hours for themselves without anyone crawling on top of them or needing your attention every 0.2 seconds. I love this community of women so much. 🥹💘

A little Pilates find I’ve been keeping to myself 🤍
I’ve been taking classes @pilateshouse.studio all week and finally had to share — especially after their open house this weekend.

The studio is beautiful, the classes are challenging without feeling intimidating, and the instructors are so good. Carmen + Katie are two of my favorites!

They also had the sweetest local pop-ups from @kae.eventstudio.floralboutique + @novagold_jewelry , plus the cutest Pilates socks and merch (if you know me, you know a fun sock will get me every time).

📍 Pilates House Studio
117 E Boulder St
Colorado Springs, CO 80903

Classes run 6AM–12PM + 5–7PM, and they fill up quickly, so definitely join the waitlist if your class is full!

Save this for your next Pilates class in Colorado Springs 🤍
