the journey to becoming a teacher has been so humbling because self practice has never become more important, practicing with other teachers is a blessing, and being taught by other teachers is imperative - being in a room next to these people embodies education from every direction 💙

Peak inside at class with Elaina- a total superstar instructor at Speir. Elaina moved from NYC, where she was a professional dancer, and has brought her incredible knowledge in functional training, Pilates, and killer playlists to our studio. There’s a reason her classes sell out. Catch her on the schedule at Ocean Park, Weho and Mar Vista! 🌟

A DM landed in my inbox.

“Would you DJ our wellness event?”

No middleman. No pitch deck. Just someone who found me on Instagram and felt something.

I showed up, set the tone, and watched a rooftop full of people move.

This is what happens when you stop hiding and just be the thing you are.

Social media works — but only when you’re actually yourself on it. Post the content.

Every pivot is the point.
I love you.
