Pilates, Pizza & Yin ✨

An idea that I’ve had in my mind for about a year. Whilst having a coffee & breakfast with @pilateswithimo towards the end of 2025 this little collab was hatched.

Being busy with teaching, hosting a first retreat & obviously fitting in time for holidays & training meant that it took a while for us to find a date.

I’m so glad that we did.

We held space
We worked our peaches 🍑
We ate pizza
We simply had a great time together, chit chatting away about life
We laid down on the floor & allowed our bodies to relax, let go & release ~ hello the power of Yin Yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️

I’m so grateful for these opportunities to bring people together & work with lovely friends (teachers ;) ) to bring ideas to life.

Here’s to our next one 👀

🩷🧡💙 6 MONTHS OF G+G 💙🧡🩷

Feeling quite emosh watching this back and cannot believe how this community has grown in such a short time 🥹

This space was created with sisterhood at its core, the belief that every woman deserves to find her besties and to experience the joy of being truly supported by her gals🤗

Over the past couple of months we’ve witnessed friendships blossoming, rants and heart 2 hearts on the gal chat, girlies trying things outside their comfort zone and, our favourite, so much laughter 🥰

This is truely the best community and we are so grateful to everyone who has supported us so far, especially @giant_coffeemargate and @okay_folke 💕

THANK YOU to the girlies that continue to show up, this is just the beginning! 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶

✨ Gal and Gather ✨

Sometimes all you need is to sit in a hot tub with some Gals and a Cocktail! 🍹🥰

But today was so much more than that! Thankyou to @galandgather for hosting such a wonderful retreat day at the beautiful McNade Farm Shop in Faversham. This was just what the doctor ordered!

Pilates with @pilateswithimo, followed by sauna, hot tub, cold plunge barrels and cold bucket showers(!!) Delicious food, irresistible organic farm shop, and ending with a restful Yin Yoga session courtesy of @veemartin_

We even got goody bags 🥹🥰🛍️

If you’re in Kent, check out what the gals have in store on their page @galandgather and watch a reel of today!

Will sleep well tonight ☺️ 😴
