Throwback to last Sunday, when the wonderful Pilates community came together for our 24-hour Pilates Marathon! 💚🧘‍♀️

A huge thank you to every amazing instructor who gave up their time to lead a class and help us raise vital funds.

We are also incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us, whether you took part in person or online, donated or helped spread the word. Your support means so much and helps us continue raising awareness and working to prevent youth suicide.

What an incredible 24 hours. Thank you for being part of it!

I’ve already attended 2 sessions during the 24 hour Pilates marathon. Who is going to join me at midnight tonight? (That’s only 7:30pm for any of my US East coast friends)

An afternoon in Brentwood Country Park treating our teachers to a little Flowtonomy care. 🧺🌳

A beautiful yoga class with Tanya, a sound bath from our favourite duo @maggiemooyoga and @yogartwithshahana (so peaceful the entire park went quiet), and a picnic to finish the day with extra special Gail’s treats from Carlene!

The small joys:

-Teachers connecting with one another outside of the studio

-Carlene and Tanya doing their usual sister mind‑reading act (we’re convinced it’s telepathy at this point).

-Seeing Maggie and Shahana together again, knowing they’ve trained so many of our yoga teachers. Our teaching community stretches far beyond our studio walls.

-Exploring a park some of our teachers had never visited before, discovering new green spaces together always feels special.

-Watching another group have a full tug‑of‑war moment in the distance... unexpected entertainment.

-Our lovely mum taking photos of the day, catching moments we might have missed

-Dog walkers (and their dogs) benefitting from the sound bath too.

Our teachers are the heart of this studio. The ones who hold space, support our members, and bring so much care into every class. Time together spent like this helps us understand what they need and how we can keep shaping Flowtonomy with them.

A close, joyful team makes a better studio. And we’re grateful for every single one of them.

(And to the teachers who couldn’t be there in person, you were held in the day all the same).🤎

The Slant Board by @stretchedfusion

I love taking the slant board and creating movement that is dynamic, creative and purposeful, combining strength, balance, control, lunges, flow and a little bit of that old school step/aerobics energy I’ve always loved 🥰

The goal isn’t to rush through the movements. It’s about how we move, how we control the body and how we challenge it in different ways.

We’re so excited to welcome ‘Pilates with Zoe’ to Rute Studios

Zoe is taking her signature PWZ Flow Method on Tour—and this is your chance to experience it first-hand.

Are you a Reformer Instructor seeking fresh inspiration?
Or a Studio Owner looking to elevate your team and stand out from other studios?

Are you feeling a bit burnt out with your class planning?
Not sure how to layer an exercise to make it more challenging—or how to scale it back?

Have you ever taken a reformer class and walked out thinking, wow… that flow was amazing—and then tried to recreate it exactly… but it just doesn’t feel the same?

That’s not by accident.
That seamless feeling—moving from one exercise to the next without even thinking—comes down to intentional planning.

In Zoe’s Master Planning Workshop, she breaks all of this down for you.
She gives you a clear, simple framework to follow so your classes flow effortlessly.

If you’re currently spending hours planning your sessions, this can cut it down to minutes.

She’ll guide you through layering, cueing, transitions, and how to choose the right exercises—so you can create classes that feel purposeful, fluid, and actually mean something.

Keeping your sessions fresh, fun, and leaving your clients wanting more.

If that sounds like something you’d love to master, send me a message

Spaces are limited ( maximum number 12 participants )

“DISCOVER YOUR NEXT SUMMER OBSESSION”

One summer’s day. Two families. Countless secrets . . .

Kate is new to the idyllic village of Fletching. She’s determined this move will be a fresh start for her family, though she misses her old life.

Melody has it all: she’s as beautiful as her house, with a wealthy husband and two beloved children. But she’d love a friend she can rely on.

From the year’s first school run, Kate and Melody grow close – a friendship formed during playdates and shared glasses of wine.

But when Melody’s annual summer party turns into every parent’s worst nightmare, a near-fatal accident threatens to expose secrets both women have kept beneath the surface.

Who is really to blame? And what have they been hiding?
