버우드에 이런 카페가 있는지 모르셨죠? 숨은 보석 같은 카페, Pillar입니다. 시크한 인테리어도 멋있지만, 무엇보다 커피를 정말 잘하는 곳이에요. 특히 라떼가 맛있으니 꼭 드셔보세요 ☕️ Didn’t know Burwood had a café like this? Pillar is a hidden gem with a sleek, stylish interior and seriously good coffee. The latte is a must ☕️ 📍Pillar: 1 Unity Pl, Burwood NSW 2134 ⏰Mon-Fri 7:30am-2:30pm, Sat 8am-3pm ⚠️Closed Sunday #sydneycafe #burwood #sydneycoffee #시드니카페 #sydneycafehopping

hey guys, i tried the honey yuzu matcha tonic specialty drink from @pillar.brewers in burwood and here’s my verdict… if you’re after a strong earthy traditional matcha, this will probably not be for you (you should get their normal hot/iced matcha), but if you’re after something different while still getting your matcha fix, then this could be one to try. the matcha itself is not super strong or dominant, but the natural earthy flavour is still present albeit toned down. the carbonated tonic water with an interesting touch of sweetness plays the dominant role in this drink, providing an interesting combination of flavour, think refreshing matcha soft drink. they also have ceremonial grade hot and iced matcha if you’re after the more traditional matcha drinking experience, which does possess the strength and earthiness that i typically enjoy while not being too sweet or diluted. the cafe also has a welcoming minimalist vibe, making it a desirable spot to sit back and enjoy a matcha! overall rating: 7.5/10 #matcha #cafe #foodie #foryou #explore
