St Louis Frankfurt A330 Join us on this spectacular red-eye flight to FRA ✈️ Why spectacular ? Maybe cause of the cruiseflight impressions of the Great Lakes and the skyline of Chicago - or Dublin in Ireland 🇮🇪 from 41000 feet. Or the layover impressions from a 24h stopover in St Louis. But for sure due to the amazing Live ATC during taxi and takeoff @flystl - thanks to @lindamariepesonen for sending me the live coverage 😃✈️ But definitely for the absolutely spectacular approach to Frankfurt shortly after 7am on the morning 🤩 it can’t get better than that 🙏🏼 By the way - did You spot the little chapel short before landing…? #pilot #cockpitview #vlog #lufthansa #330

Night landing in Abuja 🇳🇬 Airbus A340-300 After our short flight from Port Harcourt a few weeks ago ✈️ The papi lights to the left of the runway 🔴⚪️⚪️⚪️ need a little calibration 🧐 in my opinion. Even though the lights are not reliable below 200‘ - the three white indicates that we are a bit high on profile - but in fact were absolutely on 🔴🔴⚪️⚪️ profile. Maybe even a tiny bit low. Touchdown exactly on the 1000‘ markings. Very well done by our First Officer 🧑‍✈️ #pilot #cockpit #cockpitview #Abuja #a340

Frankfurt ✈️ Seattle Stay till the very end to see Mt Rainier 🏔️ … but even before there’s so much to spot on this 10:30h flight from Frankfurt to the Pacific Northwest We start with an iced coffee and an omelette at our wonderful crew lounge in Frankfurt - then after our briefing and preps - including the welcome panel - we leave FRA on runway 07C. Beautiful departure. Beautiful weather in Germany. Cruise flight impressions from Werne, Bergkamen, Kamen, Unna und Dortmund. Then a closeup from Münster. The huge shipyard in Papempurg, the Transrapid test track - as well as a Mercedes Benz test track. The city of Emden followed by the islands of Borkum and Juist. An Oil Platform in the North Sea - and the island of Sylt in a bit of a distance. Then breathtaking views from Greenland 🇬🇱 including a turquoise lake Canada 🇨🇦 was cloudy - except of Vancouver and Victoria. A scenic approach to SEA with the space needle at the massive mountain 🤩 Takeoff and landing in original sound and original speed. Sit back - relax - and enjoy the ride 😎 #pilot #vlog #cockpitview #a340 #seattle
