🍄‍🟫 Trusted Supplier: Pilzmarkt.ch | Bürkliplatz Market, Zürich

These beautiful king trumpet mushrooms come from one of my favourite suppliers: @pilzmarkt.ch at the Bürkliplatz market.
I love to roast them in a pan with butter, sea salt, and fresh parsley — simple, flavourful, and full of umami. Perfect on sourdough bread or as a side dish for brunch.

I trust this supplier for their quality, knowledge, and incredible variety of mushrooms — including local truffles.

At @cibo_e_vino_cookbook_club we celebrate honest food, local producers, and the beauty of seasonal ingredients.
