This weekend at RL&CS, The Lifestyle Brand, we have a few loose ends to wrap up as we recuperate from our recent adventures, which included fashion shows and serveral educational events focused on midlife women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Weโ€™re also dedicated to sharing important information with our audience across our joint social media platforms. As we step back from posting this weekend, weโ€™re preparing fresh content for the upcoming week. Weโ€™ll also be attending a college football game on Saturday. And of course, Sunday is dedicated to Self-Careโ€”a time to unplug, unwind, and spend a few moments reflecting in your journal. This will help you start the week feeling inspired by your accomplishments from the previous week. In the meantime, here are some captured moments to serve as a reminder and to take whatever you need for inspiration and tips youโ€™ll find in this photo dump! Donโ€™t forget to check out our online website to book one of our professional services, shop our digital products, and explore our shared affiliate links through the link in our bio. Wishing you a fantastic weekend!
