The benefits of Butterfly Pea Tea 🦋

This blue flower is packed with anti-inflammatory properties, and is rich in antioxidants that aid in the neutralization of harmful free radicals in the body.

• Free radicals are naturally occurring byproducts of normal bodily processes, but they can also generate from external factors like pollution, smoking, heavy metals, and excessive sun exposure.

• When present in high amounts, free radicals may contribute to oxidative stress which can link to premature aging, chronic inflammation, and reduced immune function.

Thank you @pinecreektea for supplying/educating me on some of the many benefits this beautiful flower holds!💙 @bountifulfarmersmarketyeg

Their mulled cider spices are the perfect way to elevate your favourite cozy drink. Add them to warm apple juice for a comforting spiced cider, or simmer them into red wine for an easy homemade mulled wine 🍎🍷

Packed with warming spices and rich flavour, it’s the kind of drink that makes cool evenings, camping trips, and backyard hangs feel extra cozy.

Welcome my clients to Edmonton with me!💛

One of my favourite parts of possession day is creating something thoughtful and personal - not just a gift, but a little introduction to our city.

This time, that meant a cozy visit to Bountiful Farmers’ Market to find local, practical goodies that felt like them. From fresh ingredients to cozy comforts, I always try to choose items that are useful, intentional, and rooted in community.

A special thank you to:
✨ Reclaim Organics @reclaimfarm
✨ The Sourdough Lady @thesourdoughlady.stonyplain
✨ Pine Creek Tea @pinecreektea
✨ Delight Soap and More @delightsoapandmore
✨ Jacek Chocolate @jacekchocolate

If you haven’t visited Bountiful yet, it’s open year-round on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and truly is the perfect winter escape.💐👩‍🌾🥕🥬

Real estate will always be about more than keys for me. It’s about helping people feel at home and connected from day one💛
