🧟 WE SURVIVED... BARELY! 🧟

This past Saturday, the Pinecrest Zombie Run took over the Village, and WOW, what a night to remember! 🔥

To every runner, walker, crawler, and "I swear I wasn't screaming" participant: YOU made this night unforgettable!

Whether you outran the horde or joined it, you brought the energy, the laughs, and the chills. 🏃‍♂️💨We hope to see you again next year! We could not have done it without YOU!

A HUGE thank you to:

🩺 Baptist Health and all of our amazing sponsors, volunteers, our terrifying 🧟‍♀️ 🧟‍♂️ 🧟 zombies (the best and scariest!), the Village Council and our incredible Parks and Recreation staff for making this a reality every year and especially this year.

THANK YOU! You are the reason this night was so special. ❤️

The zombies have since headed back to rest... but don't get too comfortable. 😈 They'll be back next year!

A little creativity before the big run! 🎨🧟‍♂️🏃‍♀️

We had such a wonderful time at the Pinecrest Zombie Run! As proud sponsors, we loved bringing a moment of calm and creativity to the excitement, inviting our little artists to enjoy some mindful art before hitting the course!

Thank you to the Village of Pinecrest for having us and to everyone who stopped by to create with us! 💚

Happy Sunday you guys! We are feeling spooky over here. Yesterday, we had the pleasure of dressing up and playing zombies 🧟‍♀️ 🧟‍♀️ in the annual zombie run 🏃‍♀️. What fun it was! Even the rain couldn’t stop this zombie apocalypse. And the icing on the cake…we won 🏆 the costume contest!!!! So awesome. We are so grateful to the Village of Pinecrest and to Pinecrest Parks and Recreation, for including us in this fun event. It was our second year participating as zombies.

POV: your homeschool PE class has zombies 🧟

Emma set a goal to run more, so yesterday we laced up for our very first run together… and of course it was a ZOMBIE run. They chased us down the course ripping the flag football flags right off our waists. Emma survived. I did NOT. 😂

It was only 2 miles, but everybody starts somewhere — and let me tell you, nothing makes you run faster than the undead.

Up next: zoo 5K 🦁 Who’s coming with us??
