St. Louis Marathon 2026 今年1月にFleet Feet Running Clubに入り、人生で初めてちゃんとトレーニングして臨もうとしたマラソン。 練習会に通う中で仲間ができ、大会当日も一緒に走れて楽しかったし励みになった！ 個人的には、良くないフォームのまま調子に乗ってオーバーワークになり、シンスプリント、腸脛靭帯炎、膝の古傷が痛み出し、まともに走り込めなかったのは反省。 また新たにトレラン始めたので、今回の教訓を活かして、怪我なく走り続けられるように頑張りたい🦵

こんにちは‼︎高崎店スタッフの清水です。 先日、店休日に高崎•前橋スタッフ4名で、榛名山の南側に位置する天狗山へハイキング🚶‍♂️&榛名神社へ参拝し、御朱印をいただいて来ました⛰️⛩️ 榛名山(はるなさん)は群馬県高崎市に位置し、赤城•妙義と並ぶ上毛三山のひとつである活火山です。今回登った天狗山は、榛名山の外輪山の一つで天狗信仰の残る修験の山。山中には石碑や石像が点在していました。山頂は東西の2峰に分かれ、晴れた日の展望は最高です✨ 下山後は榛名神社へ⛩️ 自然に囲まれた参道と岩と一体化した社殿がとても神秘的でした。 しっかりと参拝して御朱印をいただき、そのあとは水に浸けると文字が浮かび上がる水みくじをやって来ました‼︎浮かび上がってくる文字に皆んなで盛り上がりました😆✌️ WILDｰ1ではオリジナル御朱印帳を販売しています‼️ 山、神社巡りのお供にぜひWILDｰ1のオリジナル御朱印帳はいかがでしょうか？ #榛名山#榛名神社#御朱印

20260326. この日は素晴らしい仲間たちと最高の思い出を作ることができた。 新しいラインである"大西ルンゼ"を滑った後、奥深いゴルジュへと入り込んでいった。 使ったスキーは@desertskis の"アメマス"。 今回の激しい地形では、この板の本領が発揮された。 数キロにわたって続くゴルジュは、沢登りでもかなり挑戦的なルートらしく、いくつかの滝を慎重に越えて進んだ。 後半は、我々の帰りたい方向に向かって真新しいクマの足跡が続いており、緊張を強いられた。 野性味あふれる山行で、こんな場所に足を踏み入れられること、本当にありがたく感じる。 ありがとうございます: @hiro.stoic @mido.r.i @soudesu.soudesu @roka @earthseaskyequipment @desertskis @fritschiswiss Tecton @pingoragear @pingora_jp @deerhornpoles @alpinelogic.jp @rokaoutdoor

20260322. いい日にした。 Enjoying the new @roka "Niseko" goggles. We started climbing around sunrise in gradually improving weather. There was a lone figure on the summit. Soon after, they disappeared from view and we were left in a whiteout. I was quite sure we had missed the window.. but we kept climbing, dug in and waited. Several hours had passed but everyone was equally determined. A few times the sun burned through and we got hopeful. Every time it seemed promising the clouds would sponge up the fun. From experience playing silly games like this before I knew our chances were pretty good although it felt a little crazy. 🌞 4 hours later the clouds suddenly blew away with a few wisps still ripping over the ridge. The universe is awesome. The snow had a little texture from the strong winds but seemed to have been protected by the dense cloud. The views and the light were beautiful. Pretty damn perfect conditions for Late March! On the way home, we made it high enough to get a good view of our work before the face retreated into the clouds.
