Hard to say goodbye to our baby boy @pinoyinhalifax is off to another province to chase his education and find his people. Had the good cry I needed, then pulled myself together to move our daughter @keilana back for her final year at Dal AC, today. Tomorrow begins our new chapter as empty nesters, and we’re celebrating 28 years together since I met my partner in business and in life. @mundensrealestate can’t wait to celebrate with you tomorrow, babes! 🎈💋
So much to be grateful for — the tears, the kids, the ride we’ve been on. We made it. Proud and grateful to the universe to have made amazing humans! 🎈

I think I CRACKED my CODE! What filled me with a #balancedlife
I just looked back at my month of August and thought how was this summer different from all the August in my 53 years old life?
Did I sprinkle a bit of Love, Pain, Frightening me to the core, Insecurity, tried something new, did I hug a lot of positive people, did I make new friends, did I invite nature in my life? Did I dance till I couldn’t dance no more? Did I sing? Did I allow power in my soul? Did I fill my bucket this month of just honouring my mind body and soul? I think 🤔 I did that! Always thanking my family and the new people in my life for seeing me and filling me up with so much love and thank you for the lessons and the stories you have given me. I am full ♥️💕♥️! I see me through you.🎈🎈🎈

What a morning! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ Meeting so many new faces and hugging familiar ones, my heart is full. Filming these radiant humans in our Hubbards community felt like sunshine and confetti all at once. Thank you, St. Margaret’s Bay Pride, Hubbards Barn, and HABA for making this magic.

What a gorgeous day in the Annapolis Valley with my copilot @pinoyinhalifax ☀️Kai says “let’s stop for ice cream” so we pulled over on the corner on our way to Harbourville, NS…and walked into the sweetest surprise! The place was packed with every kid in the neighbourhood 🍦👧👦. After the rush I met the owner Crystal, check out her story at sweetestmemories.ca and follow @sweetestmemories2022 for an awesome contest! If WE WIN 😉 we’ll gift it back and pay it forward to a lucky sweet tooth in the #southshorenovascotia 🎈♥️🎈 #coffeewithmelānie #pinayinhalifax #pinoyinhalifax #novascotia
