Thank you very much Jorge Belenguer @pintxel for my first birthday present in 2025: a t-shirt travelling all the way from La Terreta, via Melbourne.. and now in Orange NSW. What an honour to wear such a Valencian icon by @jajajers! 🥘

BENCHMARK TESTING. 💪

What a week of testing. Monday members tested their Bench Press 5RM and Wednesday members tested their Deadlift 5RM.

So many increases in strength across the board for everyone and so many PB’s.

We love lifting heavy things!

On our journey home, eyes filled with tears to say goodbye but hearts filled with special memories. We were so lucky to enjoy so many amazing moments, places and food on this trip but the family and friends time together will always be the most treasured. Until next time Espanja!
