I’ve been run down. Hell, I think this year has been heavy on all of us. All work & no play will wear on you. Getting out of town & Honky Tonkin with these fine folks in San Antonio & Austin this weekend was exactly what I needed. Thank you skateboarding. I love you! 🙏 #neverwasfamily #stupidfest2026

Fun Fact the @buttholesurfers originated in San Antonio, they first recorded in the Alamo Basement … ;) Source @texicanskateboards

The Big Boys Docu was FANTASTIC! Our Large Skater Crew that showed and came rowdy, other related friends and fans all relishing such an important band to so many of us. Quick chat with @bigcoollife and @movetk as fans were waiting to meet them. Wonderful!
@madridskateboards with tribute decks for the event along with the Signature Skate-Archy photo banner was cool!

The Doc focused on what we often preach that so much of the band and our inner culture is from Skateboarding Love.
Especially the DIY in their music like in Skateboarding, Our Style, Our way and with Our hands creating and supporting. Make it happen Texas Style.

The Big Boys have proven to be far more inspirational to Music creating unique sound not following any rules and really understanding how it all evolved was cool, plus honestly makes us proud too.
Texas Punk Funk always Fun Fun Fun!
