✨SIDE QUEST TUESDAY VLOG:

Spent the day at my fourth @livelovespa experience with my sister, and every year I somehow forget just how much there is to see, do, and experience. 😂 The anticipation gets me every time, and I walk in wanting to see it all. It’s the best kind of overstimulation, and I have to keep reminding myself to slow down, be present, and soak it all in because there’s truly something amazing around every corner. Every year somehow gets better, and today was no exception.

Mindful Reminder: Wellness is even more meaningful when it’s shared. 🤍
