Supporting women shows up in the spaces we create.

One of the things that stood out most to me about @closetenvy_tampabay at The Spiral Staircase wasn’t the beautiful environment, or even the incredible women building businesses there. It was the intentional decision by @christinamhoek , the owner, to make sure mothers didn’t have to choose between showing up for themselves and showing up for their families. She even built in daycare so no one has to miss out.

This same spirit shows up in the women she supports. The pieces featured here are from @pipkin.style , another founder using this space to build something of her own.

Leadership is not measured only by results.

It is measured by who feels welcomed, included, and empowered because of the decisions we make.

Sometimes the smallest details create the biggest opportunities.

What barrier have you seen a great leader remove for someone else?

Fetching water from the borehole near home.
It's not too far from home so it's always easier for us to get clean water........
