Tough race however kinda enjoyed it…
Experience on the ski just isn’t there right now but good to know i can come home well.

Can’t complain with my performance, happy to get this version of the gold completed as it’s something i have always admired. Although i wanted to make the auto qual to thiroul, i’ll just have to work hard and hopefully try earn my way in.

The endless summer!!!

So grateful to have had the opportunity to live in Cornwall for the British surf season and what a session it was. Successfully making the @gbrlifesaving team to winning my first individual national title. Had so much fun training with @portreathsurflifesavingclub and everyone at the club, looking forward to coming back and training again next year!

Next stop South Africa!!!

First open British nationals and wow was it a good one. Winning my first individual open title in the surf race and taking a third in the iron still feels unreal. Despite all this the best part of the weekend was racing along side my @portreathsurflifesavingclub team. Special mention to @piran02 and all you have done for me and the team go get them big man.

@surflifesavinggb Open Nationals 2026 — the championship recap 🥇🥈🥉

Across 32 completed finals recorded at Fistral, the published club table was decided by just 12 points at the top.

@woolacombeslsc led the published LiveHeats standings on 932 points, ahead of @portreathsurflifesavingclub on 920, with @gylly_slsc third on 620. Ten clubs reached a podium and seven won at least one final.

Bob Whittaker led the men’s individual-points table with 78, while Molly Roodhouse led the women’s with 76. Evie Wong followed on 72 after three individual wins, and Isabelle Roome appeared in four winning women’s teams. Day Three podiums 🥇🥈🥉

The final day delivered fifteen finals and 45 podium places across beach, board, rescue, ocean, ski, surf and Taplin racing at Fistral.

Rhoose filled the women’s Beach Sprint podium, while Woolacombe won both Board Rescue finals and the women’s Board Relay. Gyllyngvase took the women’s Tube Rescue, Surf Race and Taplin titles; Portreath closed with victories in the open Tube Rescue, Surf Race, Ski Relay and Taplin.
