🏋️‍♀️PECTORALIS (CHEST MUSCLE)
The purpose of the pectoral muscles is to move the arms downwards, forwards, and across the chest. These muscles greatly enhance oneʼs physique and can greatly help you in all sports and activities.
🏋️‍♂️ METHOD :
- Stand erect with your feet shoulder-width apart, your knees slightly bent and your abs tucked in tight.
- Clasp your hands together with your right hand over your left hand. Your arms should be bent at the elbow at approximately 90 degrees.
- As you breathe in through your nose for 3 to 4 seconds, slowly begin to press your hands together.
- At the point of maximum tension breathe out for 7 to 12 seconds.
( inspired by power isometrics by David Nordmark)

🏋️ Isometric exercises it is and old, time-tested but less popular exercise practic.
🏋️ It has many more advantages and lesser disadvantages as compared to isotonic exercises.
🏋️ Hence owing to their health benefits and its feasibility of performing anywhere anytime and not requiring a gym or professional trainer makes it a very INTERESTING CHOICE to today's world.
🏋️‍♀️In this COVID ERA where going to public places especially closed areas like GYM would NOT be A GREAT IDEA 💡
🏋️‍♀️Hence @healthbyexperts -
HEBEX group presents to you to the #ISOMETRICDIARIES to teach you different isometric exercises specifically for different muscle groups.
