🇩🇪 Determined, composed, and always in the fight.

Foerde Kriger, made up of Boris Benke, Pit Ressler, and Elena Pommer, continues to hold on to third place in the Elite Team standings.

Once again, they delivered a strong performance, showing great teamwork, experience, and composure when it mattered most.

But the biggest challenge is still ahead. The final promises to be an even tougher battle, where every second and every rep will count.

The best is yet to come. 🔥💪

This year, I was just supporting from the sidelines
_
the first time since 2019 that I haven’t been out on the competition floor with the team. Time flies.

After several top-10 finishes over the years and a tough 4th-place finish last season, they finally stepped onto the podium.

Huge thanks to @pitcf for creating an environment that fosters growth and develops such a competitive group of athletes. It’s a place that helped shape who I am today, and where my athletes and friends continue to grow, train hard, and push themselves as competitors.

@banske142 @simone.kohls @henrypsilonk , working with you is a privilege. Seeing the hard work you put in day after day pay off in competition is one of the most rewarding feelings a coach can experience.

I’m incredibly grateful to be part of your journey.

Solid 4th place @fitnessbundesliga 🇩🇪 this year with the @foerdefitnesskiel team – grateful and great experience once again.
After more than a decade in the CrossFit world, it feels like the right time to shift focus and take on some new challenges.

Curious to see how a solid foundation in Functional Fitness carries over into long-distance endurance in 2026 👀

Fitness Bundesliga 2025 🌊🚀

Was ein Team. Was ein Support. Was ein Wochenende. 💙
-
Vielen Dank. 🫶🏼

Last Sunday, we tried something new and completed our first Hyrox!

We worked great as a team and, even though things didn’t go as planned more than once, we’re proud of our performance.

It was a tough but fun challenge, and we’re hungry to break the sub-60-minute mark next time! ⏰
