#Repost @hidesert_foster_and_sitter Meet Mira 🤍 About one week ago, we found this sweet girl abandoned near the Landers Post Office. Since then, she has been safe in our care, and we have decided to call her Mira. Mira is approximately 1–2 years old and appears to be a Bull Terrier mix. She is incredibly people-friendly, loves children, and truly lives up to the “Velcro dog” reputation of the breed. She wants nothing more than to be close to her humans — she loves being held, carried around, and curled up in your lap. We have already taken her to the veterinarian. She was found with no microchip, and posts were made searching for an owner, but no one has come forward. The veterinarian confirmed that her injuries and sores are consistent with prolonged neglect. She has multiple deep ulcers and compression sores that are currently being treated with topical medications, soft bedding, and proper nutrition. Thankfully, Mira is now receiving the care she deserves. A huge thank you to Animal Authority Rescue Team for generously donating a complimentary spay, leash, collar, and additional medical supplies to help with her recovery. The kids and I have also made sure she has soft beds and a safe, loving place to rest while she heals. At this time, we have not tested her with cats or other dogs, as our personal dogs are reactive. We will be looking for either a loving forever home or a temporary foster beginning the first week of June. Mira deserves a calm, patient home where she can continue healing and finally experience the love and comfort every dog should know. Please message me if you may be interested in fostering or adopting Mira, or if you would like to follow her healing journey. 🤍

Be committed to have patience to a settling period. He does need adjustment time as any pet in a new environment needs. Here are some parts of the process for anyone interested: 1. Reach out to @socal_bullterriers or @backseat_butterfly 2. There is an adoption application 3. There will be some type of interview. 4. A meet and greet will be coordinated with me 5. And yes, there will be an adoption fee They will guide you or answer any other questions regarding the process.

❤️UPDATE❤️ GREAT NEWS! We have met our goal on the GoFundMe! It is no longer necessary to host the auction at this time. We will be saving it for next dog in need. Thank you to everyone who donated and shared Daisy's (Zada's) ~ The mission is not complete! This little lady ended up in the shelter on 10/22/24. Less than a month later she was put on the EUTH list for behavioral issues and was scheduled to be killed on 11/20/24. A wonderful woman in Oregon saw her post and wanted to give her a chance at a new life. Zaida will be going to boarding for a couple of weeks and off to Oregon on December 5th. We are raising money to help pay for Zaida’s boarding and transportation in the amount of approximately $680. Please share and donate if you can so we can get this sweet little girl home for the holidays! No amount is too small! https://gofund.me/7cd90f96 We’ll be hosting an auction in the @socal_bullterriers facebook group to help! Starts Sunday 11-24-24 at 5PM PST Ends Sunday 12-01-24 5PM PST BOTH LINKS IN BIO THANK YOU FOR ALL THE SUPPORT! ❤️ #calpawsrescue #socalbullterriers #thebullterriergroup #bullterrier #ebt #mbt #adoptabledogsofinstagram #adoptabull #adoptabully #adoptabullterrier #rescuedismyfavoritebreed #rescuedog #ittakesavillage #rescue #shelter #shelterdog #fosteringsaveslives #bullterrier #rescuebully #adopt #forevergrateful #backseat_butterfly #abigaildiane13 #zeke_the_bullterrier #BullTerrierInternationalNetworkingGroup

¡Gracias y feliz abril!

Love the facial treatment 🙂 but in future I’ll appreciate a soft pillow on a bed with some music for the whole spa experience. Thanks in advance Mum! 😌 P.S. for those who are looking to have a little at home spa treatment, it’s bentonite clay mixed with apple cider vinegar in equal parts and leave on for 15 minutes 🤗

🎉RESCUED BY @calpawsrescue 🎉 Here we go again… this boy is on the euth list for being fearful and they are labeling him animal aggressive. He was picked up as a stray and his people never came for him. Now we are the only chance he has to make it out. Share, pledge, offer to foster if you can, anything 🙏🏼 ❤️ ・・・ The San Bernardino Shelter is calling this boy "Ozzy Pawsborne." They are also calling him Animal Aggressive with a condition labeled "Fearful". This has put a deadline on this boys forehead and landed him in isolation. They have his Euthanasia Date set for Saturday 7/01/2023. He was posted as a stray in late May by a good samaritan trying to find his owner. He somehow made it into a gated apartment community to seek solace. They took him for a walk and he bolted. He found himself running up and down the street following people around to try to find his way back home until he somehow ended up at the shelter. He has waited there for someone to come for him since. If you can foster, contact your local rescues or comment so they can see. If you can help transport, contact your local rescue or comment so they can see. If you want to adopt, comment so we as a team can help you and him through this. PLEDGE ONLY IF YOU ARE WILLING TO UPHOLD YOUR END! The Bull Terrier community has pulled it off before. Let's do it for him! #A556297 3 year old Male San Bernardino, California #thebullterriergroup #ebt #mbt #adoptabledogsofinstagram #bullterrier #englishbullterriersofinstagram #bullterriergram #bullybreed #sanbernardino #savingsanbernardinodogs #california
