A little look at a concept I’ve been working on lately.

Soft timber. Warm stone. Brushed brass. Layers of texture without the noise.

A restrained material palette where each room feels individual, but nothing feels disconnected. Designed to feel timeless, with a palette that will still feel as relevant years from now as it does today. @pivothomes

This bathroom is a reminder that a neutral palette never has to feel ordinary. A floating timber vanity, softly curved mirrors and Antique Brass finishes create a space that feels warm, inviting and effortlessly timeless, while the terrazzo flooring adds just the right amount of texture. 🤍

It’s a reminder that thoughtful material selection can have just as much impact as colour.

Builder: @pivothomes
Interior Designer: @thewhite__haus ✨ Modern Australian bathroom with floating timber double vanity, white vessel basins, Antique Brass wall-mounted tapware, rounded mirrors, terrazzo flooring, skylight and minimalist contemporary design.

Mid-century modern meets the Australian bush. Warm timbers, earthy tones and tactile materials create a palette that’s timeless and inviting. Polytec Nomad (eeek! So excited the clients lost their mind like
I did over this new Polytec colour!) walnut, polished concrete, burnt orange tiles, white mosaics with mocha grout and gunmetal tapware This one’s going to be something special. Coming soon. @pivothomes

This stunning semi-rural home on the fringe of Geelong utilises our thermally efficient double glazed windows and doors to ensure that the home is a comfortable haven year round. We custom build our windows and doors in our Torquay factory, ensuring quality, great customer service and local knowledge. Double glazing involves sandwiching two panes of glass together, with a hollow aluminium spacer bar in between which contains a substance to remove any residual moisture. The glass is airtight and it is the trapped air that optimised thermal insulation, reducing heat loss by as much as 51%. At Rylock Windows Geelong , we source all of our double glazing from specialist Australian suppliers who provide a guarantee on all of their products. We also provide our custom Rylock flyscreens in every quote. This is something our competitors might not include. Request your custom quote from our locally owned and operated family business today. #geelong #surfcoast #bellarinepeninsula #coastalliving #windowdesign

We are proud to announce that this home has been selected as a finalist in the 2026 AGWA Victorian Design Awards. This modern acreage home is designed for spacious family living. Centred around a large open-plan living area, the layout creates a strong connection to the outdoor entertaining space and pool. Large windows and raised ceilings bring natural light into the main living spaces, enhancing the sense of openness throughout the home. Clean architectural lines and a refined material palette add warmth while maintaining a contemporary aesthetic. The result is a home designed for comfortable everyday living, with spaces that easily adapt for entertaining and family life.

Mount Duneed |

This 3D render and animation was created for @pivothomes to help communicate the design, atmosphere and lifestyle of the space before construction begins.

A simple animation can completely change how a design is experienced. it’s often the small details that make a render feel real.

Soft curves, warm textures and layered materials - proof that a neutral palette doesn’t have to feel flat.

PROJECT LEHMANN | Interior Design Brief

A beautiful acreage home in the making, filled with warmth, texture and thoughtful detail.

For this home, the direction was warm, refined and timeless, with natural oak tones, soft stone, layered neutrals and considered joinery details bringing a sense of calm and warmth throughout the interiors.

From the kitchen gable cladding and island detailing, to the powder room storage, living room joinery and fireplace concept, each space has been carefully considered to suit the scale and character of this acreage home.

I love seeing a concept come together like this, where the selections feel elevated, but still relaxed and liveable.

Coming soon 🤍
