Terugblik naar 2025!
-

My first run against @dani.progression in the qualifier round at the Dutch National Speed Competition yesterday! 🔥
I had so much fun with the course and competing with the nummer 🥉 of the netherlands! Congratulations🙏🏼🔥

At the end of the run, I couldn’t understand why I failed so badly on the last jump. After watching the video back today, I noticed that my feet slipped off the wall 😂.

Luckily, I had already qualified for the finals because of the atletenpass, so I got another chance to put down a clean run. Unfortunately, my body wasn’t as strong as I thought it would be, and I started making mistakes right from the beginning. I slipped off the first bar with my feet and got cramps in my legs. I tried to get back on track, but I kept making mistakes throughout the run.

If you want to see that run, let me know! 👀

About five years ago, I went training outdoors for the first time, and we passed this spot. I said then that I would do this jump someday. I did it!!!🤩

I got 4th at the speed competition by @elevation_freerun for the @dutchparkour_ league yesterday🙏🏻🙌🏻

I'm really happy with this run because I felt so much pain In both of my knees.
I almost decided to cancel the final but thanks to @matsoeee.pk for pushing me through the final so I had to give everything despite the pain. I was even a second faster than my first run so I'm really happy with it.

For now I'm taking rest and hope for a fast recovery.

Thanks @jordy_m_r and @dutchparkour_ for organizing events like this. Step by step we are making this sport bigger and better.
