WE DID IT! 💙

I am absolutely thrilled to announce that together we have raised an incredible £1,637.50 (including Gift Aid) for the Alzheimer's Society from A Million Memories: An Evening with The Take That Experience!

To say I am overwhelmed would be an understatement. This total is more than THREE TIMES our original fundraising target, and I honestly couldn't be happier.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single person who helped make this possible.

Thank you to my amazing team of volunteers and helpers who supported me throughout the months of planning and on the day itself. Your hard work, encouragement, and dedication helped make the event such a success.

Thank you to the wonderful members of The Take That Experience for returning to Bognor after a three-year absence. As both a fan and host, I loved every minute of working with you all, and I already can't wait to do it all again in 2028!

A huge thank you to Paul at CelebTime Ltd for allowing me to bring the lads back for our audience to enjoy.

Thank you to Alex from the charity for attending the evening.

Most importantly, thank YOU to everyone who bought a ticket, attended the event, donated, shared our posts, and supported us along the way. Every single one of you played a part in making this happen, and I appreciate each and every one of you.

A special thank you also goes to my parents, my husband Jan Pniewski, and my son for believing in me, supporting my crazy ideas, and helping me turn them into reality.

This event truly gave me A Million Memories, and I will treasure them forever.

But wait... what's next? 👀

OMG I have just finished watching my official video of A Million Memories : An Evening with The Take That Experience which took place on Saturday 30th May at Pagham Village Hall.

It was videoed by Stephen and Jordan of Pixel Palace Films and I absolutely LOVE IT ❤️. I have watched it this afternoon with mum (as she missed most of the actual night, working) and it was wonderful.

My heart is full of pure joy, I laughed, I cried, I sang and it was truly wonderful and a memory I can keep forever.

I am still in shock slightly that I managed to pull it off to be honest and thank my whole team for their combined effort, my parents, my husband, my son and importantly the boys from The Take That Experience for coming back to Bognor to perform after a 3 year absence.

I loved every moment working with them and how professional and friendly they all are and cannot wait to say THEY ARE BACK IN 2028 YAY..

A huge thank you to caretaker Simon of Pagham’s Village Hall for allowing me to host the event there and suporting me (and previous to this Terry who sadly passed away last year - i know he would of wanted go have been there to see it all happen ).

Here's to October's event bringing a tribute to Stoke on Trents Mr Entertainment himself The Robbie Williams Experience - A Tribute by Marc Dillon and then in 2027 with 3 fantastic events, first of which was announced earlier on today for February 2027.

Keep following my socials for updates, my website and ticketsource for information on these events.

Let's bring more LIVE MUSIC to the area and thanks for supporting my little business

With much love ❤️

✨ OMG... WHAT A NIGHT! ✨

After 18 months of planning, dreaming, organising and stressing, "A Million Memories" finally happened last night!

I'm not going to lie... today I'm feeling every single one of those 18 months in my body! 😂

There were a few challenges along the way, from last-minute seating changes and ticket logistics to the hall's air conditioning deciding it didn't want to work. But despite it all, the event was a huge success and I'm so proud of what we achieved.

A massive thank you to everyone who helped make it happen:
❤️ Emma Board for being my rock from start to finish.
❤️ Julie Bonner, Jan, my parents and everyone who helped transform the hall.
❤️ The incredible Take That Experience - Nik, Liam, Marc, Danny and Jake. You were phenomenal and made a dream come true.
❤️ Colm from The Ginger Tosser and Katrina from Coco & Blossom for keeping everyone fed.
❤️ Wayne and the team from Mobile Barz For You.
❤️ Stephen from Pixel Palace Films and Nadine Duty Photography for capturing every moment.
❤️ Chloe from CWB Illustration for the amazing signed illustration.
❤️ Malc Garda for staging, lighting and all-round support.
❤️ Dan from Demon Photobooths for the selfie pod.
❤️ Simon and the team at Pagham Village Hall.

Most importantly, THANK YOU to everyone who bought a ticket and came along to support Alex and The Alzheimer's Society. Your support means everything. 💙

I'm exhausted, emotional, running on caffeine and very sore feet, but I loved every minute of it.

Now for a little recovery... before we start all over again for the Robbie Williams event in October! 🎤✨

43 Days to Go: A Million Dreams Makes A Million Memories ✨

Behind every unforgettable event is an incredible team—and as we count down to Saturday 30th May 2026, I’ve been reflecting on just how much goes into bringing this Charity Concert to life 🤍

As the host and owner of My Special Event (alongside running Vows & Views Wedding Fairs), life is always busy—but this event has truly been something special. It takes a team, and I’m so lucky to have such a brilliant one by my side.

From our amazing caterers, The Ginger Tosser and Coco & Blossom, to Mobile Barz for You keeping everyone refreshed…
To the talented Abbi from Flairify Designs transforming the venue, and Emma who will be warming up the crowd before our main act…

We’ve got Demon Photobooths bringing the fun with a selfie pod, and CWB Illustration creating live artwork throughout the evening.
Nadine Duty Photography and Stephen from Pixel Palace Films will be there capturing every moment so these memories last forever.

Behind the scenes, my co-host (aka Mum!) will be welcoming you all alongside my dad Paul, while my husband Jan takes care of all things technical. And to everyone else helping on the day—moving tables, setting staging, or simply being there with support—thank you 🤍

And of course, the band themselves. Despite a few changes along the way, they’ve been nothing but professional, supportive, and an absolute dream to work with, alongside their team at Celebtime.

“A Million Memories” has been 18 months in the making—full of hard work, dedication, and passion. As they say, Rome wasn’t built in a day… and neither was this.

We’re so close now. Just a few final touches to go before we bring this all together for a night I will NEVER forget.

I truly cannot wait—and I know my nan would be so proud 🤍

✨ Here’s to making memories that last a lifetime ✨
