Jules upcycled two shirts into a bubble gum dream halter top and fairy skirt! We’re trying to be a sustainable business so we challenged ourselves to making two outfits with up cycled materials. We got clothes from the thrift store and decided to make them into something new and cute. Would you wear this outfit?
