Chapel Fight Cubs 🐻
Last weekend our cubs took to their first official grading day, marking the beginning of their boxing journeys.

We’ve created the grading program to inspire our little boxers, to help them focus and celebrate their wins.

It was such a great way for the families and the Chapel community to come together and celebrate all of their successes. Well done Cubs 🐻👏🏽🥊

For a limited number of hours each week, Mon is opening one-on-one coaching sessions for boxers who are serious about improving, competing and reaching their potential.

Since finishing up fulltime work my days have looked a bit different, and in the best possible way.

Surrounded by friends, creatives and other business owners - pursuing health and big dreams.
