Girl dinner but at @pizza.roja 😍 I’ve been eying up this place for a little while and a visit to Sennen meant it would have been rude not to check these guys out!

I got the anchovy, olive and caper pizza and it didn’t disappoint. The dough was delicious and I was in a pizza coma afterwards. Italian calls for a glass of Pinot Grigio too, large obviously 👌

Get your butts there next time your in Sennen 🍕🙌

🐾 International Dog Day🐾

When we created Gwynver Beach House, we always had “luxury retreats with dogs” in mind.

We’re dog lovers ourselves, and we know just how hard it can be to find somewhere really special to stay that genuinely works when you want to bring your besties with you. 🩵

Spending 48 hours of beautiful Van Life in my favourite part of Cornwall ! ! ! > > >

For anyone who’s never explored this part of Cornwall, I highly encourage you to get a weekend planned :))

I’ve been visiting this area for the last three years, but this was my first time completing this exact itinerary—and honestly, it included everything I love about living here.

The weekend I did was as follows, alongside some hopefully helpful information:

Where to stay: @treenfarmcampsite or @farmandfort.cafe car park. Both have sea views and toilet facilities.

Day 1: Penberth > Porthgwarra 7-mile out-and-back coastal walk > drive to Pizza Rojas at Sennen Surf Lodge > sunset from the dunes above Sennen Beach.

Day 2: Breakfast at Farm & Fort > explore Mousehole > lunch at the Rock Pool Café > drive to Land’s End > walk to Nanjizal Beach > sunset back at Land’s End

The coastal walk: This takes you past five incredible beaches, including Pedn Vounder and Porthcurno. It’s around seven miles with plenty of hills, so bring proper footwear, water and your swimming stuff!

Food recommendations: The loaded banana bread from @farmandfort.cafe and pizza from @pizza.roja are both a must !!

Weather: This was filmed across two sunny days, which obviously makes a massive difference to how Cornwall looks. Keep an eye on the forecast and check the tides before visiting any of the beaches.

Swimming: The sea around Cornwall can be unpredictable, so only swim within your ability and avoid going in if the conditions don’t feel safe.

Respecting Cornwall: Please take everything home with you, stick to the paths and leave these places exactly as you found them.

I really hope this helps some of you plan your own weekend down here! Save it for your next Cornwall trip and send it to the person you’d take with you :))

Escape to Sennen Cove. A great location for a proper go slow week. We drifted between our cottage, the beach, and along the SW Coast path to coffee, pastries, delicious food, ice cream (and wine!) @sennensurflodge and the occasional pizza @pizza.roja We stayed @vellandreath_cornish_cottages -a series of delightful rustic cottages which are a perfect spot for glorious sunsets and shooting stars spotting, and only a hop skip and a jump from the beach (more of a slog if you’re carrying a toddler but that was great for the appetite and the list of preceding delicious food!). My faves were brekkie on the beach (which generally wasn’t nearly as busy as I’d feared for Cornwall in August) and last night hot chocolate watching the Sennen Cove @rnli boat go out on exercise (usually on a Thursday and not to be missed if you’re visiting-the children loved it)
You don’t need to leave but if you fancy a morning out @tremenheeresculpturegardens are brilliant (and do excellent food) #sennencove #summerholiday

Just 48 simple hours in South Cornwall creating a life that still feels like an endless holiday :) :) > > >

Coastal hikes, ridiculous beaches, little seaside towns, chasing sunsets & a few moments where I genuinely still question how this is all in the UK ! ! !

Taking the risk to move down here on my own was scary, but getting to spend a random couple of days exploring places like these is a pretty good reminder of why I did it & bringing Ellie with me for this one made it that extra bit special :))

I’ve filmed the whole 48 hours and my next Reel will have all the locations + exactly how to find them, so if anywhere in this dump catches your eye, I promise I’m not gatekeeping ! ! !

Prioritise health, happiness & doing more of whatever makes you feel alive family 🫶🏽🫶🏽

✨𝟏𝟎. Chilling in her pet-friendly cabin on board the @stenalineukie, with Tigger, a delicious long-lasting chew from @petwarehouse.northernireland, and a can of her favourite @radnor_official water (she loves drinking this water every time we get the ferry 💦!).
