The shop that popularized Detroit-style in SF

I wanted to talk about the pepperoni, which was great, or the Big Von, a meaty combo on white sauce. I wanted to talk about the sauces made in house - the cilantro crema was my favorite. Or the wings - the Szechuan ones were really crispy and well-flavored, though I would have loved a jalapeño slice on it. But I stumbled onto a thread and wanted to keep pulling at it. Sometimes that’s just how it goes.

The 12th spot on my pizza quest - the square pie that popularized Detroit style in SF. Go on a Monday for a buy one get one half off.
