Our Flying Falcons sessions are designed for our older and more skilled junior athletes, focusing on developing core obstacle course training skills.

Using specialist equipment and elements, these sessions aim to build grip, balance, and swing; all key components for excelling in obstacle challenges.

Thanks HH Sheikh Hamdan @faz3 for allowing my daughter to be part of your F3 @f3 team 🙏. A nation reflects the example shown to them by their leaders .

Through this amazing experience we had the opportunity to see this demonstrated. I was truly was blown away by the way HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed al Maktoum @faz3 demonstrated this with the kids - kind, encouraging, patient, funny, approachable & humble. I saw he helped them incredibly to believe in themselves.

The leaders of a land themselves I believe play a big role in setting the tone for this nation.

We came as foreigners to the UAE 8 years ago & have repeatedly experienced the most remarkable hospitality from all echelons of society . It has been consistent & humbling. ME community & their understanding of “community” is like none I have experienced anywhere else in the world . I still have tears reflecting on our neighbours coming & supporting us on so many occasions - sending food, loving our girls, supporting our girls .

I continue to love & respect the Arab culture. I still love my birth country Australia 🇦🇺 but sometimes In the west I fear we are becoming so individualist that we can become isolated & people seem lonely. I fear our moral compass in the west is so confused - we don’t have a measure anymore .

Here, all generations are welcomed (young and old), birthdays have an open invite & weekly family gatherings reflect this. Old & young are loved, respected, remembered & included.

Coach Oliver said something profound to the kids which I have now quoted to Mikayla multiple times “know who you represent” - this phrase can be taken an applied to so many things (family, sporting club, religion, culture). Confusion reigns when you don’t who you represent. Conversely confidence comes in knowing who (or what) you represent because the end result isn’t the most important thing, it’s how you live & behave & love those around you no matter what.

“A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way” Maxwell.
