A little wedding love + a birthday celebration today!

These photos are extra special because this was our daughter’s wedding — And today, we’re celebrating the guy who made her a bride.
Happy Birthday to our new son-in-law, Troy! We’re so lucky to have you as part of our family. Your genuine smile says so much about the person you are, and we couldn’t be happier to call you family.

More from this beautiful day coming soon.
Happy Birthday, Troy!

Built From Nothing
Some of the best events begin where nothing existed the day before.
Two days earlier, this was an active oil field site on another ranch property where we helped produce an annual event beyond our own venue. Then came the tent, seating, restrooms, tables, chairs, florals, lighting, and everything needed to host dinner & drinks for 300 guests in the middle of the patch.
For one night, it became a polished space to gather and celebrate. By the next day, it was gone like it never happened.
This is the kind of event production experience behind Mesa View Venue at Little Park Ranch — bringing creativity, organization, and attention to detail wherever an event takes place.

The Details You Feel
Not every event begins in a traditional event venue — and that’s where thoughtful design matters most.
This gathering space, normally used for church services, was fully transformed to host 50 tables and 300 guests for an annual industry event beyond the ranch. With layered linens, bright floral accents, clean lines, and intentional styling, the room became polished, welcoming, and ready for a large keynote presentations.
What guests often don’t see is the precision behind it all: every chair aligned, every linen running the same direction, every arrangement placed with intention, every table tent straight, and each table set consistently throughout the room.
Those details are what create the feeling when guests walk in — organized, professional, and ready for a meaningful experience.
It’s the same attention to detail we bring to every event at Mesa View Venue at Little Park Ranch, whether it’s a wedding, celebration, or corporate gathering.
Great events aren’t accidental. They’re built in the details.

Beyond the Venue
A grazing table should feel like more than food — it should be part of the experience.
This 6-foot charcuterie display was created for an annual event we’re proud to help produce beyond the ranch. Filled with local cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, olives, pickles, dried fruits, jams, salami, crackers, and layers of color throughout, it became both a gathering place and a statement piece.
As the owner of @mesaviewranch , bringing design, hospitality, and presentation to events on and off property is a big part of what I love to do. From weddings to corporate gatherings and private celebrations, thoughtful details create memorable experiences.
