🎉👷‍♀️👷‍♂️ Happy International Workers' Day on May 1st! 🎉
.
Growing up in building number 70 at Romsås taught me the value of hard work and determination. From cross country skiing to Taekwondo to entrepreneurship, my childhood home taught me the importance of following through on my dreams.
.
👀 I saw firsthand how my siblings and parents were persistent and hardworking, and from them, I learned the same. As the youngest child, their example taught me the importance of persistence and the rewards that come from hard work.
.
I'm grateful for the memories and lessons that have shaped who I am today.
.
What lessons did you learn from your childhood home?

The truth is, a parent would do anything for their children, except allow them to be themselves.

And this causes pain and leaves profound wounds which unless healed we carry into every relationship.

As a Certified Conscious Parenting Coach I help parents heal from within so they can parent the child in front of them.

Thank you @doctorshefali for your teachings that have led me to meet who I truly am.

EMPOWERED

Have you or do you feel out of control or overwhelmed?

Do you think you’re a victim of your circumstances? (Maybe that bad things happen to you.)

Are you often in fear or feel scared or anxious?

Do you get defensive or confrontational, then regret it afterward?

IF you answered yes to one or more of above - would you like to learn about yourself and ways to manage and regulate your responses to life?

So that you can feel more at peace and live in ease?

I know what my answers are. And for the awareness I have about me and my nervous system I am way more relaxed and am able to access peace and calm easier and quicker than ever before.

If this resonates I invite you to join me This Saturday @yogajourneystudio in Boca Raton from 12-4pm for a deeper understanding into your physiology so that you leave empowered, with self agency and are equipped to make healthier decisions and take the right next step.

Link in bio. I do hope you’ll put yourself first and do this with me.

Wim Hof Method Miami

These workshops evolved into so much more than just the WHM.

We are connecting.

We are being vulnerable with each-other.

We are reflecting each-other.

By being open and sharing our life stories we are healing each-other.

Thank you Miami for showing up and allowing yourselves to have an experience.

My gratitude to my old friend Vadim for helping at these Florida workshops and what turned out to be a mission to find and deliver the white gold ❄️

Last two workshops coming up in Austin, TX December 11th and 12th.

Much love ❤️

TEAR AN EAR OFF:
THE ULTIMATE SALES PITCH😬
👇🏻👇🏻
Many years ago I was trying to build my own martial arts business. I had no experience or education, and no clue at all on how to build a company.
.
Fortunately one of my sisters was living in America, so I went to visit her🇺🇸
I quickly found out that America was a country of entrepreneurs who really knew how to run a business💰
.
So I formulated a simple strategy:
I would visit gyms and martial arts schools as a customer. That way I could see how they operated.
To me that was a fast and smart way to learn how to succeed🙌🏻
.
And sometimes, of course, i also learned HOW NOT TO DO IT….
👇🏻👇🏻
In Arizona, I visited a big Martial Arts gym. I showed up to get «the tour».
I got introduced to the owner Daddy and his son and assistant Mr. Murderer.
Mr. Murderer was for the occasion wearing cowboy boots, black martial arts pants with his black belt and a white t-shirt with ketchup stains all over it…😱
He was extremely hyped up and ready to sell me a membership🤠
.
With Mr. Murderer as guide, the tour was divided into three parts…👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
.
👉🏻 First : A room full of old pictures of Daddy, with him bragging about how incredibly muscular his old man was…..💪
.
👉🏻 Second : The boxing-ring area. He proudly tells me he recently had a fight there with his wife. He got her into a head lock hold and banged her head into the coke machine…🤔
.
👉🏻 Third: The place were Daddy showed up to close the deal.
He wanted to teach me self defence if i was attacked by a group of thugs:
- Go straight up to the leader of the group. If he have a mustache, RIP IT OFF! If not, TEAR HIS EAR OFF. Hold it up for the rest of the group to see, and they will run away. No doubt he meant what he said👂🙈
.
The moral is:
✅ Get out of your office and learn from other people, businesses and industries.
✅ Buy new products and services to learn and understand.
✅ Connect with interesting people and build your network.
.
Do all this and more, but don't do as Daddy....
.
DO NOT TEAR ANYONES EAR OFF IN THE PROCESS❌👂

As a smart entrepreneur you need to realize that you don’t have to figure it all out yourself👇🏻
.
People that have done it before you might know a couple of things that you don`t….🤔
.
When I was 18 i dropped out of school to start my own Martial Arts business🥋👊🏻
Unfortunately I didn’t know anything about how to build and grow a business, so I struggled big-time😣
.
👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
Then i realized that the fastest way to learn something is to find someone who has what you want and learn from them.
I have done this all my life, and Its the fastest shortcut to get where you want to be🚀
.
If you want to move forward, do this TODAY!
.
✅ Write down the most important thing you need to know/get help with to move you forward

✅ Make a list of people that have done this before and start with the person you think is the best

✅ Make a call/mail and ask for help. State your goal and if you could have a few minutes of their time to get a few tips

✅ ASK QUESTIONS & Listen, listen, listen👂👂

✅ Make sure you follow-through on advice, update them on your progress and tell them how their advice has helped you
.
Do it now👍❤️
