We are deeply saddened by the passing of Peter Katsis.

Peter played an essential role in helping us launch Artist For Action alongside Gavin Rossdale and BUSH. From our launch at Irving Plaza and its livestream to Good Morning America, the AFA / Artists & Athletes dinner and so much more, Peter helped bring the initiative to life.

Over a 35-year career, Peter helped shape the careers of some of music’s biggest names, from Backstreet Boys and Korn to Smashing Pumpkins, Jane’s Addiction, Morrissey, and BUSH. He helped take the Backstreet Boys from arenas to stadiums and later brought Smashing Pumpkins back as arena headliners, work that made him one of the industry’s most respected managers.

What we’ll remember most is that Peter always made time. He was willing to jump on the phone, talk through an idea or challenge and help us find the best way forward. His heart was always in the right place, both for the mission and for his client.

We can’t thank Peter enough for his belief, partnership and everything he did for Artist For Action. We send our love to his family, friends, colleagues and all those whose lives he touched. He will be deeply missed and always remembered.

This photo is a big piece of my Los Angeles story.
I spent my first decade in LA working at The Firm and that place taught me a lot about work, people, pressure, and figuring things out as you go. Not every day was easy, but I wouldn’t change any of it because it all led me exactly where I’m supposed to be.
Really proud to see what everyone in this group has gone on to do.
Big thanks to @kellperkks for getting us together.

I found out while writing these songs. ⁠

Today, "Room", my mini EP is yours 🖤 These three songs are very special to me, and includes one I produced & wrote entirely on my own for the first time called "Girl Like Me" (Guitars SLAYED by @Aaronbrown, and an epic drum version coming soon by @stephanstanzione!!!) ⁠

Some of the most profound moments happen in the silence of a room—alone. No eyes watching. No distractions. No masks. No filter.⁠

It is here we meet ourselves. The real version. The one that lingers when everything else fades.⁠

But being alone with yourself? That can be terrifying. Because in a room, anything can happen… and there’s no one there to prove otherwise.⁠

If the walls are listening, does that mean it was real? Or does it disappear the moment you step out?⁠

Memories linger in the spaces we leave behind. Whispers get absorbed into the walls, into the air, into something unseen. Maybe the walls remember. Maybe they hold every confession, every breakdown, every fleeting thought. Maybe they remember everything we'd swore they'd forget.⁠
