If I had to start over and build my dream body by Christmas, this is exactly how I’d do it!

No crash diet.
No hours of cardio.
No cutting out every food I love.
No starting over every Monday.

I’d focus on lifting with intention, eating enough protein, creating a sustainable calorie deficit, getting my steps in, recovering, and staying consistent long enough to actually see the results.
