⭐️COACH PAIGE💪

Coach Paige was born and raised in Lumberton, TX, moving to the North Houston area in 2013. During her time in college, she coached Zumba and a core class during her time in college in Beaumont.

She is a CPT, Certified Nutrition Coach and continues to expand her knowledge with our F45 Coaching certification programs. In short: she is a WEALTH of knowledge.

She started her journey at F45 as a founding member in 2019, later becoming a coach in 2022.

“I absolutely LOVE seeing members accomplish things they do not believe they can accomplish! The people at our studio are wonderful!”
She is grateful to have the opportunity to work here at F45 WOFO.
“I truly feel F45 has changed my life and relationship with fitness and I love seeing that happen in our members lives as well.”

Outside of the studio, she is a wife and dedicated mom of 2 busy kids. She loves traveling and spending time with friends and family!

We are thankful to have Coach Paige on our team and are lucky to have her energy and knowledge in the studio💪

The best thing that ever happened to me started with a door I almost didn’t walk through.

@totallybuggingg pushed me to go to @f45woodforesttx for the first time, and I had no idea that one moment would change so much.

What started as just showing up turned into finding a whole community that pushes me, supports me, and cheers me on louder than I ever expected. My coaches have believed in me on days I didn’t believe in myself and have pushed me through every hard workout while training for my first HYROX.

Somewhere along the way, strangers in a gym became family.

Grateful for every push, every word of encouragement, and every person who’s been part of this journey. 🖤🏋🏽‍♀️🔥
