New design work for Numero Group. ANTIOCH ARROW’s “Your Hearts Belong To Us” combines their complete Gravity recordings, plus a pair of outtakes and two live tracks. Comes with a 24-page book with Tony Rettman liner notes, a Cedric Bixler-Zavala fan letter, and a slew of sick pics. Printed with rich black, spot varnish, and Pantone 187 on a tip-on gatefold jacket and comes in 3 vinyl color options. When I heard about this project, I immediately reached out to Adam from Numero saying I had to work on this. The last slide is my flyer from the time I saw Antioch Arrow when I was 17. Their chaotic noise blew the JNCOs off of me so hard that the next day I went to the thrift store, bought pants that actually fit, and started rethinking the entire existence of the band I was in. Thank you Aaron, Maxamillion, Mac and Adam & Ken at Numero.

Anasarca’s 5th show took place on 7/31/94 at the Mountain Lodge, Washington, DC w/ Floodgate and Dirty Bird. Most likely booked by @speckbrown with the Beehive Collective. Don’t really remember much about the show but we were really into Floodgate’s “Troubles A’ Brewin” lp that came out the year before!

Velvet Underground Sunday Morning Cover Live at Miami, FL (Mar. 31st, 2017).

One of my favorite Velvet Underground songs to play — performed live, singing and playing my **Taylor 12-string guitar**. 🍌

Keeping it simple and close to the feel of the original. There’s something about *Sunday Morning* and a 12-string that just works.

For the **Velvet Underground / Lou Reed** fans — what song should I play next?

Anasarca’s 62nd show was 8/4/96 in a fuckin’ SHOE STORE called Jack’s Correct Fit in Oceanside, NY that Mike from Closure put together. Don’t remember too much, but this show was wild, and in a SHOE STORE in a STRIP MALL. Palatka hopped on the bill with Closure, One-Eyed God Prophecy, and Inside. Not sure if Irony of Lightfoot played? I’m pretty sure we showed up a bit late?

Also @closure_1994 is on IG now if you didnt know. @oneeyedgodprophecy @mmikettaylor @belladonna_records_gnv @inside.longisland @linkworkrecords @mdotstyle @planaria

Update: Photo by @bryanalft from Minneapolis Punk Fest 1996. Thanks @fadedrack for catching that!

Another Anasarca photo has surfaced. Location and photographer unknown. It is also unknown if Nick peed his pants… but sure looks like it.

May 25, 1996. Kansas City Music Fest. Cool line-up but unfortunately we ended up not playing this for some reason… maybe school? Or our parents wouldn’t let us? Or maybe it was the 18 hour drive? Whatever it was, we got to make friends with Dan of Second Nature Recordings who released the Anasarca discography 25 years ago in 2001. Thanks Dan!
