A little reset in Toronto 🀍 @planet_mind and I tried floating in a salt water tank for the first time, and it was definitely a unique experience! πŸ§‚βœ¨ The salt water makes you completely buoyant, so you can just lie back, float, and disconnect from everything for a little while. It’s designed to help you relax, slow down, and clear your mind, and I can definitely understand the appeal!
