POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I’ve found it’s not easy to celebrate my victories. My celebrations are battles hard won, and fought side by side with the people I love. These past few weeks leading up to graduation I have felt overwhelmingly loved, recognized, and championed. My dad pridefully and tearfully reminded me that I am the first in his family to graduate. Thank you for reminding me how far WE’VE come. My wonderful friends repeatedly cheered and shouted to convey their thrill for my academic accolades. Thank you for never letting me diminish my work or my light. My heroes, my mom and sister, convinced me of all I was able to balance while furthering my college career. Thank you for seeing me. Thank you, support system, for allllll of my years leading me here🫂 you all know who you are.

From one Arc to another:

As Beth of Arc, I answered the call and traveled to Hollywood on Sunday to meet the remarkable actress Catinca Maria Nistor, who is playing Joan in "The Second Coming of Joan of Arc."

My friend Tita called and said, “You MUST go see this extraordinary show.”

Her friend, Michelle Fletchers, had seen it four times and couldn’t stop raving about how incredible it was.

On my drive, I called Michelle. She immediately rang Catinca to let her know I was coming.

The journey took me an unexpected three hours, and I arrived just after the curtain fell.

But as always, the soul has its own perfect timing.

Catinca invited me to the after-party — the moment you see in this photo.

Have you ever met another soul sister who reminded you of who you are, even before a single word was spoken?

It was pure magic to meet a sister flame who shares my vision of igniting women in their power, their passion, and their purpose.

Two women.
Two Arcs.
Both standing for the power of following our voices and becoming the women we were born to be.

“Babies cry for it, grown men die for it. What is it?”

Yesterday, I had a conversation with Rima Aboulhosen, who shared this thought-provoking statement with me.

The more I thought about it, the more I realized the profound truth behind it.

While it may not apply to all of us at every moment, I believe it resonates with many of us.

It’s the deeply rooted desire to be seen and recognized for who we are and what we do.

Much of the work I’ve done through creating Moments Worth Remembering books for various milestones such as #birthdays, #anniversaries, #retirements, or #graduations has highlighted this for me.

I view each book as an opportunity to celebrate an individual and their impact on the lives of others.

It’s about giving them a chance to see, hear, and feel the significance of their presence.

It’s a reminder that even if one is not actively seeking validation, their contributions are valued.

It is an opportunity to love and be loved.

Celebrate the people in your life.

Show them how powerful recognition and appreciation can be.

Two YEARS Ago
TODAY on 8.22.22…

I did one of the scariest things of
my life🤭

I published my FIRST book📙

It was MANY FIRSTS actually…

1. 1st Book✍️

2. 1st Time sharing MY OWN story about being bullied in my teens, angry in my 20’s and hopeless in my 30’s👣

3. 1st ACTUAL Conversation I had
with my parents about my experiences in school and how I WISH I had
gone to them when it was ACTUALLY happening and THEY COULD step in🗣️

4. 1st Opportunity to Connect with OTHERS who have or are currently struggling with similar issues🫂

5. 1st Commitment to Helping Teens
in THEIR journey🗺️

6. 1st Sense of TRUE Satisfaction from SOMETHING I CREATED that could hopefully help and serve the 🌏

So YOU See…

My Book, Teen Anxiety No More, is NOT just for teens…

It’s for ANYONE who has struggled with fear, anxiety, anger, doubt, feelings of worthlessness and just KNOWS there is a BETTER way for them🌈

Being “just” an actor in LA these 15 years, I never imagined this would be my mission🥹

But being blessed by the INCREDIBLE #dharmannstudios and #dharmannfam and having my YouTube Channel, I realized the importance of speaking about bullying, cyberbullying, peer pressure which oftens leads to anxiety📣

SO…

THANK YOU all for inspiring me
to write this book and do THIS work🫶🙏🫶

THANK YOU for being part of and allowing ME to share MY journey to becoming a #1 Bestseller on Amazon BECAUSE of ittt🥇🎉🥇

And THANK YOUUU Rima for inviting me on YOUR show to have one of THE MOST INCREDIBLE and MEMORABLE conversations I’ve everrr had🙏
