I’m honestly so happy to see the incredible response to Netta Shaer’s story. 🤍

So many comments, reactions and messages — and it made me realize that I also want to introduce her properly to our international community.

This is Netta Shaer.

She lives in Kibbutz Melachia, Israel, and she is the woman behind Leket Para — a beautiful project that brings together carefully selected products, stories and makers from the Galilee and the Golan.

But Netta is much more than that.

She is also a designer.

For years, she created her own pieces and ran a boutique that became a home not only for her designs, but also for other designers she chose to host and support.

Her style has always had something very distinctive about it.

Soft.
Feminine.
Natural.
A little wild.
A little desert.
And underneath all that softness, always a small touch of boldness.

That is exactly what I love about her.

The response to her story has been incredible, and I think people can feel when something is real.

They recognize authenticity.

They recognize creativity.

They recognize a woman who has something inside her that still wants to come out.

So Netta, this is my final little push.

Maybe it is time to design again.

I know I’m waiting to see what comes next.

And judging by the response to your story, I’m definitely not the only one.

Keep creating.
Keep surprising us.
Keep going.

לפעמים כל מה שצריך כדי לחזק אזור שלם, מתחיל בהחלטה של אישה אחת.

יש יוזמות שנולדות מתוך רעיון, ויש יוזמות שנולדות מתוך אהבה אמיתית לאנשים.

אחרי התקופה המורכבת שעברה על הגליל והגולן, נטע שאער בחרה לעשות משהו. לא בכותרות גדולות, אלא במעשים.

כך נולד לקט פרא – מיזם שמחבר בין יצרנים, חקלאים ועסקים מקומיים מהצפון לבין אנשים שמאמינים שלכל רכישה יכולה להיות גם משמעות.

מאחורי כל מארז מסתתר סיפור.
של משפחה.
של אדמה.
של התמדה.
ושל אנשים שבחרו להמשיך ליצור, גם כשהדרך לא הייתה פשוטה.

אני רוצה להכיר לכם אישה צעירה, שלדעתי עוד תפתיע את כולנו.

קוראים לה נטע שאער.

עוד לפני ש”לקט פרא” הפך למיזם שמחבר בין אנשים, יצרנים וסיפורים, נטע חיה את עולם העיצוב.

היא ניהלה בוטיק משלה, עיצבה קולקציות מקוריות ופתחה את הדלת גם למעצבות אחרות, מתוך אמונה שיצירה אמיתית גדלה כשנותנים לה במה.

כשנכנסתי לעולם שלה, לא ראיתי רק בגדים.

ראיתי שפה.

שפה של אישה שמחברת בין רכות לעוצמה, בין טבע לאלגנטיות, בין קווים נקיים לטקסטורות עשירות. גווני אדמה, רקמות, בדים שנעים בחופשיות, ונשיות שלא מבקשת אישור מאף אחד.

ובתוך כל הרוגע הזה, יש גם קריצה.

קריצה של נועזות.
של ביטחון.
של אישה שיודעת בדיוק מי היא.

אולי זו הסיבה שגם היום, דרך לקט פרא, היא עדיין עושה את מה שתמיד עשתה – אוצרת, מחברת ומספרת סיפורים דרך אסתטיקה.

אבל אני לא יכולה שלא לשאול…

האם הגיע הזמן שנטע שאער תחזור גם לעצב?

לי יש תחושה שהפרק היצירתי הגדול ביותר שלה עוד לפניה.

✽ 2024 ✽
The year has come to an end, and despite it being one of the harder ones, I’m filled with gratitude.

This was the year of fear and uncertainty, living in a country at war.
It was also the year where I went from being a mother of a small baby, to be the mother of a toddler 😅
I started a beautiful journey of ceramics, which has been on the way forever.
My partner and I built a home full of warmth and open doors.
I’ve gone back to tattooing nearly full time (which I absolutely love! 😍)
And we’ve planted vegetables and many (symbolic) seeds for the coming year.

Thank you to all the amazing people in my life. Both to the people around me, and the many, many people I love overseas.
Thank you to all my clients for coming to my studio in trust, and together create what we create so beautifully.
And thank you to my little babe, for being the biggest sunshine in my life. I will forever be in awe of you, and in endless gratitude for your choice of making me your mother!
