It’s finally here. 😭🤍 Our wedding film.

Almost three months later, we get to relive one of the most beautiful days of our lives — and somehow, it feels even more special watching it back.

To our family, friends, wedding party, and everyone who helped make July 20th what it was: thank you. For showing up, for celebrating us, for loving us, and for filling that day with people and moments we never want to forget.

There’s something so emotional about watching this now and realizing that we’ll have these moments forever — the hugs, the laughter, the tears, the people we love all together in one place. One day we’ll look back at this version of all of us and wish we could step into that room just one more time. 🥹

And maybe that’s what makes this film so special.

It gave us a little piece of that day to keep forever.

Ro, I’d still choose you. In this lifetime and every one after it. 🤍

Still thinking about this dinner. 🥹🇵🇭

Celebrating my birthday at @carabaonapa felt extra special. From the second we sat down, the food, the hospitality, and the care from Chef Jade and the entire team made the night feel incredibly memorable.

Every dish was thoughtful and full of flavor, but the crispy kare-kare with that oxtail croquette was such a standout — familiar, comforting, and done in such a fun way.

And then, just when we thought the night couldn’t get any sweeter, Chef Jade and the team surprised us with a gifted calamansi tart. Truly one of the best I’ve ever had. Bright, buttery, tart, balanced, and such a beautiful way to end the meal.

Thank you so much, Chef Jade and the Carabao team, for the amazing food, service, and generosity. You made this birthday dinner one I’ll remember for a long time. ❤️

Napa’s first Filipino restaurant absolutely showed OUT.

Still riding the high from last night. 🥹

Getting to bring Barkada to the California Grand Tasting felt like such a big moment for us. Walking into a room filled with some of Sacramento’s incredible chefs, restaurants, wineries, breweries, and makers — and knowing that our little bite had a place in that room — was something I’ll hold onto for a long time.

I definitely came in with nerves, but every kind word, every reaction, and every bite we had to keep replenishing reminded me why I love doing this.

And getting to do it with my husband right beside me made it even more special. 🤎

A huge thank you to @visitsacramento for inviting us and for continuing to create spaces that celebrate the people, food, and talent that make this city so special.

Feeling very grateful. Very proud. And already hoping we get to do it again. 🥹✨

Some nights remind you how far you’ve come without you even realizing you needed the reminder.

Standing out on that bridge for the fourth year, surrounded by friends, mentors, peers, new faces, and people who genuinely love feeding this city… I definitely had one of those moments.

I’m incredibly grateful that food continues to put me in rooms — and apparently on bridges 😂 — that younger me never could’ve imagined.

Thank you, @visitsacramento , and thank you @chumaisacramento @billykruface916 for trusting me to represent what we do.

I’ll never stop being grateful for nights like this. 🖤

Apparently I’m a ceramics person now. 😂🏺

A BIG thank you to @ficklereverie for being so patient, encouraging, and making a table full of first-timers feel totally comfortable just playing with clay and figuring it out as we went. And huge love to @demo.spot for creating such a cool little space in Midtown where people can come together, make things, and try something new. 🖤

Honestly, give me a table full of friends, some clay, and a creative little project and I’m happy.

Now we wait a month for the kiln to decide whether we were artists or just delusional. 😂

10/10 Monday. Would absolutely get muddy again. 🏺✨

A little trip home 🥹❤️ calling all TROPICOQUETAS & LAS BICHOTAS!

@karolg at Levi’s, eating all the things we miss, catching up with my girls, finally meeting their babies, planning Napa, and somehow turning every stop into a food mission 😂

There’s something about coming back home that makes everything feel familiar in the best way. Same places, same people, just all of us a little older, busier, and somehow still finding time to eat very, very well lmao.

Bay Area, you’ll always have a piece of me. 🖤

Not my Mom telling everyone how spoiled I was 🤭😂

I spent months writing my vows… but nothing prepared me for my mom’s speech. ❤️ Then she stood up and reminded everyone just how loved I am. If there wasn’t a dry eye in the room… now you know why. 🥹
