Today’s breakfast stop: Plant Shack 🌱☕️
A fully plant-based spot that might technically be a chain, but honestly felt anything but… the team were SO lovely and welcoming, and they even had the most gorgeous doggo hanging out 🥹

We took approximately 700 years to decide what we wanted because EVERYTHING coming out of the kitchen looked incredible 😂

Eventually we went for:

☕️ Oat milk flat whites
🍵 Mum: matcha & spinach bowl
🍌 Me: banana smoothie with 30g of protein

And then there were the sandwiches… the cakes… all the gorgeous plant-based food coming out around us 👀 We were already planning what we'd order next time before we'd even finished breakfast 😂

I love finding places like this when travelling — fully plant-based, loads of choice and food that actually makes you excited to be vegan. 🌱

Another stop on our Vegan & Sober Barcelona girls trip — and we’re only just getting started 🇪🇸✨
